MLCC sales aim to increase 35% in 2007
Suntan Technology Company Ltd. recently has revealed its plans to increase production of MLCCs percent next year amid robust demand from the mobile communications, PC notebooks and consumer electronics sectors.
Currently Suntan TS18 and TS18H chip MLCCs are available in full range footprints of 1005 (0402), 1608 (0603), 2012 (0805), 3216 (1206), 3225 (1210), 4532 (1812), 5750 (2220). Available with rated voltage of 16V, 25V, 50V, 100V, 160V, 200V, 250V, 500V, 1kV DC, 2kV DC or 2.5kV DC, the devices have a capacitance range of 0.5pF to 10uF and Tin or Nickel terminals. Other specifications include: capacitance tolerance 5 percent (J), 10 percent (K), 20 percent (M).
In new year 2007 company's global sales for MLCCs are expected to increase 35%. Annual capacity of X7R products is also projected to rise 3.5 times its current capacity. The product which feature 0.1uF 50V 0603/0805 in the process of being developed for mass production. TOP
